What To Expect

We begin with an in-depth conversation to understand your lifestyle, priorities, and timeline.
After the meeting, we take time to study the brief and think through the possibilities before we respond.

We present the proposed visual direction for your space, including spatial planning, materials, colours and an itemised quotation for clarity.
For resale units, a site visit for measurements and spatial assessment is advisable before a quotation is finalised. -
Once formally engaged, we move into design development with 3D visuals, detailed selections, finishes, materials and fittings. We guide you through each decision so the design feels clear, cohesive and grounded in how the space will be used.

DeCurio oversees the full build, from planning and detailed elevation drawings to site coordination and progress updates.
You can expect timely communication and careful handling of site constraints as the work progresses.

Before handover, we carry out final checks to ensure the space is completed with care and intention. We walk you through the finished home, attend to the final details, and hand it over ready for you to settle in.
